Here are the details you’ll need to join us each week (or whenever you can)…

OUR SCHEDULE: (all times are Eastern Time, USA)

We will meet on Wednesdays, generally alternating between lunchtime (12:10-12:50) and evenings (7:00-7:40). Your subscription gives you access to all of these get-togethers,  join us whenever you can. No need to RSVP each time. When occasionally Wednesdays don’t work, I have scheduled alternate days: see the schedule below! If for any reason I have to reschedule, you’ll get an email from me in advance.

NOVEMBER, 2018
TUESDAY, November 6th: 7:00-7:40 (I will be traveling on Wednesday so this week we’ll meet on Tuesday instead)

DECMEBER, 2018
Wednesday, December 5th: 12:10-12:50 (I will be singing with you from Norway!)

MONDAY, December 17th: 7:00-7:40 (NOTE: this forth session is a pre-emptive make-up for the following week, which is Christmas. There won’t be a session Christmas week)
Wednesday, December 19th: 12:10-12:50

I will send out the 2019 schedule in December.

OUR VIRTUAL MEETING LOCATION:

We will be meeting over ZOOM. Here’s how to get to our “meeting.” You have 2 options…

OPTION 1:
Go to www.zoom.com, or go into your Zoom app if you have one.
You’ll be asked if you want to join a meeting and asked for a code. Here is your code: 276-692-6884
Once you enter the code you’ll either see me there in the meeting, or you will be told that you’re in a “waiting room” and I will arrive shortly.

If I have to change the code for any reason, I will let you know and send you the new code by email.

OPTION 2:
When you sign up I will send you an email “invitation” with all the info and links you’ll need to get into the call. Option 2 is that you can save that email, and use the links there to enter the meeting. That should work forever unless I change the code for some reason, in which case you’ll get a new email from me with a new code.

SUPPORT MATERIALS:

Before each weekly sing-along, I’ll email you some lyric sheets for a few of the songs we’ll be singing. If you can, print them out so that you can refer to them while we’re singing and still have your computer screen available for Zoom, so you can see everyone’s smiling faces!

You can unsubscribe anytime, directly through paypal. Or email me and ask me to unsubscribe you. Bear in mind that I am not always near my email, but I will take care of it as soon as possible.
