Hi Friends!
I recently heard a great expression:
“Doubt the Doubts”
It’s pretty self-explanatory but still, let’s ponder this for a bit…
We’re so quick to react to our self-doubts; if a doubt is planted by someone else we’re quick to believe it. We tend to react by shutting down and/or giving up.
Scenario (possibly you can relate to this 😊):
Someone criticizes your singing and you believe them. It hurts. If they say or imply something worse, like “you’re hopeless,” you’re done for! You believe them.
(And of course this applies to all areas of life.)
We give our doubts so much power!
But what if we doubted the doubts? What if we made a practice or a mantra of that?
That could change our lives, right?
Food for thought. An invitation.
Love,
Nancy
